Mary Adams from the CAL Fitness Co. Ltd has launched a new DVD, In The Business of Changes Bodies.

Nowhere else is the M.A.E Technique taught other than Mary’s two studios and by her teachers who are starting to spread to the length and breadth of the U.K. Anyone can do these exercises, as they are tailored to the individual. So people with bad backs, joint problems with knees, shoulders, arms, legs and neck can also see and feel the benefits of the M.A.E. Technique exercises.

Now everyone has a chance to experience the M.A.E. Technique, with the first DVD of the exercises on sale at the beginning of December '04. The DVD will be the first ever interactive exercise DVD or video on the market. This will enable the viewer to design their own workout for that day, week or month, whatever suits their schedule or mood. As the DVD has enough exercises on it for you to be able to do a different workout routine every day for a year, your body will never get used to doing the same old repetitions as in other exercise videos and will always keep changing shape. After all we are in THE BUSINESS OF CHANGING BODIES.
